Create the Speed / Neural Ratings Report

1. Where: on the Racing & Sports meeting page, click Customized Race Report.

2. Build it: at the bottom of the page, drag these fields into the form (on the left, next to “Wt.”):

4. Click PDF (bottom-right) to generate the report.

5. Save as: Speed + Neurals – [Track].pdf — this is your File A.

Keep it tidy: make one folder per meeting (e.g. Flemington Nov 1 2026) holding just three files — your R&S Enhanced Form (File B), your Speed + Neurals PDF (File A), and your Prompt 16 file.

Prepare race analysis reports for races 1 through X. No scratches or jockey changes. The Going is good. Pass on Q4. IMPORTANT - IF YOU WANT TO USE Q4 (LIVE TOTE) YOU WILL NEED TO RUN ONE RACE AT A TIME. **> DICTATOR MODE — EXECUTE IN STRICT SEQUENCE:

ENFORCE USER INPUT GATE & BASELINE SETUP:
- You MUST echo the Q1–Q4 answers in the Markdown table before proceeding.
- Math Failsafe: set a Base TPN of 75 for every horse; Modules 0–8 modify this baseline to prevent negative final scores.
AUTHORIZE DUAL-SOURCE DATA INTEGRATION:
- File A (Speed/Neurals): extract NR, AES, AFS, HPR and Last Race Comments. Use HPR to assign Runstyles (Leader/Presser/Closer).
- File B (Intel Pack): extract Barrier Stats (3-Year Win%), Jockey/Trainer Strike Rates and Detailed Form Metrics.
- International Adjustment: fractional times are irrelevant — use AES/AFS to build the Pace Map, calculate the Speed Efficiency Gap (SEG) and project race flow.
EXECUTE STRUCTURAL ROUTING (MODULE 8 BYPASS):
- Identify any 2-Year-Old race OR any Maiden first-time starter (FTS).
- For these, SUSPEND Modules 1 (Neural Class), 2 (Cycle), 3 (Pace) and route them through Module 8 (Sire Matrix, Trial Data, Barn Archetypes, Juvenile Barrier Physics).
FORCE MODULE 0 FORENSIC SCRUB & “NR BLINDNESS”:
- Do not evaluate or penalize a horse’s raw NR until it has passed the Module 0 Failsafes.
- Cross-reference Q3 (Going) with lifetime wet/dry stats.
- Scan for “Peaking Cycle” (3rd Up) / “Drop & Pop” and Last Race Comments (Slow out, Checked, Vetted). Apply PROTECTED STATUS — a protected horse’s low recent NR ceases to exist mathematically.
RUN CLASS SUPERIORITY & TITAN GATEKEEPERS:
- If NR is a “Neural Titan” (≥ 1.3× Field Par) OR API > 2.0× field average, apply ELITE IMMUNITY (cannot drop to Non-Contender).
- Check connections vs the 2026 Elite List (Maher, Waller, O’Brien, McDonald, Moore); if present, force win rates to ≥ 30% (+8 TPN).
ENFORCE SURFACE & BARRIER GATES:
- Barrier Win% < 8% over 3 years → penalty; > 15% → bonus. Ignore generic barrier biases.
- Do not award Freshness/Layoff bonuses to horses unproven on today’s surface.
IGNORE RAW RANKS & EXECUTE FINAL AUDIT:
- Do not let printed R&S Rank, Market Rank or Morning Line bias your TPN — trust the Neural Physics (AES/AFS).
- Final Failsafe: if the highest-Raw-NR horse is ranked outside the Top 4, override — assign 85 TPN and promote to the Top 4, tagged [⚠ Neural Safety Net Applied].
- Output using the strictly enforced Section 1 through Section 4 formatting.
